The story behind my business purpose
I chose the world of business and territory because it is where you connect the ideas with the real needs, and where the decisions taken will leave an impression to remember.
I am a woman leader with sensitivity and character, convinced that the main limitations are not out, but in the way that we think.
My background combines business education with a solid experience as an auditor, consultant, and entrepreneur in Colombia and the united States. This combination has enabled me to understand deeply the dynamics of the public sector, private sector and family, not only from a technical but also from the human, strategic, and relational. Thanks to this journey, I've managed to build a network of high level partners that enhance every project that I lead, providing value, long-term vision and ability to execute with sustainable results.
